Humberto Avilez, designed our condos at Santas Y Santos on the eastern edge of Todos Santos. His brother, Hector Avilez was responsible for managing the actual construction of the condominium complex. With this project in its final stages, the Avilez brothers today announced the next project – La Perla Condominiums. Located just around the corner from Santas Y Santos, La Perla is a six-unit condominium complex of two-bedroom and two-bath condos, which are approximately 925 square feet. This three-story building has two units on each floor. The units on the second and third floors have views of the Pacific Ocean off to the west and promise to have great sunset views. Each unit has an outdoor parking space for one vehicle.

A central staircase leads to each floor. The kitchen, dining, and living room are in the front of each unit. The primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom is at the back of the unit, with the second bedroom in front of it. The second bathroom is separate and can be used by both guests and the occupants of the second bedroom. The design is modern Mexican with tile floors in the living room, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms. There is a laundry room off of the main hallway.
