Real estate agents in Los Cabos have had a mixed history. In the early days, there was no licensing, many agents without any experience or training, and even agents who were unable to go to conferences in the United States or Canada because of there history back home. Thankfully, much of that has changed today. Cody Underdahl comes from a family of real estate agents in Maple Ridge on the edge of Vancouver, British Columbia. Working with his father and brother and taking real estate courses, he learned the best practices in the real estate industry. In the late 1990s, his brother, Brent moved to Cabo to enter the real estate market. He told Cody of the opportunities and tried to convince him to join him in Los Cabos.

While to took a while, Cody finally moved his wife, Kelly and four-year-old daughter, Bailey to Los Cabos and entered the real estate market. Kelly also joined him in real estate. Working, selling real estate throughout Los Cabos, in the early years, they worked in Puerto Los Cabos and later Cody joined his brother Brent to change the way that Diamante was marketed and sold. Brent still is a partner in Ironman Marketing at Diamante. Cody is current the marketing direct and Wen LIving in Club Campestre and a partner in CK WARE.CK WARE also represents Rancho San Lucas on the Pacific just north of Cabo San Lucas.

About five years ago, Cody and Kelly formed CK Cabo Realty. Later they were joined by their friends and colleagues, Chris and Kristie Schneider, who had been in real estate in Los Cabos but had returned to Oregon. However, after a year, they were ready to return to Los Cabos and became partners in CK Cabo Realty (keeping the CK accurate with all four of their names). Cody convinced the developers of Wen Living to change from solely a fractional ownership strategy to full ownership on most of the units, which changed the sales success of the project. After Cody’s success at Wen Living, Edgar Matute from Awen Developers, the developers of Wen Living joined them and the company became CK WARE (Wellness Advisors Real Estate). Their office is in the buildings right across the street from Wen Living in Club Campestre.
