Querencia Private Residences, Golf and Beach Club on the Tourist Corridor. South of San Jose del Cabo and just before Palmilla is Querencia. It is one of the few communities in Los Cabos with a private golf course. It was the first course designed by Tom Fazio and is included in the Greatest 100 Golf Courses in the World as selected by Golf Digest. The course winds through the hills with great views of both the mountains, desert and Sea of Cortez. Need a little practice, Querencia has both a driving range and putting green. And like all great courses, the 19th hole bar is a gathering spot.

The center of the community is the Q Club, opened in late 2016/early 2017. With a bar, restaurants and infinity pool, the Q Club is the center of activity including concerts and guest speakers. Weekly happy hour and appetizer gathering help to build a sense of camaraderie in the neighborhood. Residents are not limited in their choice of places to eat as there are six eateries on the property and many more close by in San Jose del Cabo and Palmilla.
