One of the unique companies in the luxury vacation market is Cuvée Ventures. Larry Mueller, the principal of Cuvée has created a series of funds that have invested in high-end luxury properties around the world (Colorado, Hawaii, New York, The Caribbean, Italy, Tanzania, Thailand, Sri Lanka), several of which are in Los Cabos.

While investors receive access to these properties outside of high season for a certain number of days each year, they are available for vacation rental much of the time.
