Dream Tezal is a 15-condominium complex of two-bedroom and two-bathroom units with a full laundry and utility room. Eduardo Almazan, who has a property management, renovation and construction company is overseeing the project. Over the past eight months, I have visited several times to watch the progress of the construction.

The complex is gated and offers a pool and BBQ area with a pergola and seating for the owners. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after your plunge. The first building has three units on each of three floors with a roof deck that offers individual areas for each of the units on the second and third floor. The first-floor units have large expanded and walled patios. The first floor of the second building provides parking and a large storage room for each of the units and has three units on the second and third floors with a roof deck with a space for each unit. These condominiums start at $220,000. The first units will be delivered in June 2024.

The first unit as you enter the complex is a show suite. This suite has been completed except for the installation of the shower glass walls and door that go in both bedrooms in the unit. The units offer stainless steel appliances, high-end lighting, and fan packages with mini-splits in every room. Tile is used throughout on the floors with granite countertops. There are large sliding doors to the front deck from both the living room and the primary bedroom. There are built-in cabinets in all the bedrooms. There are views of Land’s End from the second and third floors of building one and ocean and mountain views from the roof decks of each building.
