There is nothing like being in the process of moving in to a new home. As we sold our house on the beach in Zacatitos fully furnished, we were starting from scratch. One of our main suppliers was Ashley Furniture Homestore in San Jose del Cabo on the frontage road before La Comer. Franck and Jay had been incredibly helpful to us in our search for outdoor furniture, mattresses and accessories. As we were getting close to being ready we let them know and a delivery date was arranged. Because of delays in the construction and our occupancy date, Ashley stored everything until it could be delivered.

They arrived exactly at the time that we were given. This delivery included an L-shaped outdoor sofa, a fire pit, four outdoor chairs, two king size mattresses and lamps for each of the two master suites and a sofa bed for the second bedroom (my office). Most of Ashley’s furniture comes unassembled. The team doing the delivery unboxes and puts together all of the furniture and sets it in place where you want it. In this case, it involved three different floors of furniture. They unbox, unwrap and place all of the items and then take all of the packaging with them when they leave. The team was well trained, helpful and polite.
