The first anniversary of Torote Restaurant at Valle del Sol in El Tezal was quite an event. With a four-course meal (with multiple items in each course), a wine pairing with The Meeker and special cocktails from Western Son Vodka and great entertainment by Paul Soloria and Soul Collective.

Paul Soloria played his guitar and sang in the lounge on the second floor from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Both his playing and his vocals were excellent. Here is his expanded version of Frank Sinatra’s “I Did It My Way.” Enjoy!
