The Broker, Ramiro Palenque Bullrich is intimately familiar with all aspects of real estate development, construction, project management and luxury property sales and rentals. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ramiro earned a degree in architecture, an MBA and a certificate in Real Estate Development.
His professional career started in building shopping centers and commercial developments in Argentina and Brazil. He came to Mexico in 2007 to work with Morgan Stanley on a new real estate division. Ramiro’s role was to act as a complete project manager on the developments funded by Morgan Stanley, moving to Los Cabos in 2008, where he took over the construction of Las Misiones in El Tezal as well as managing the construction of 27 homes. When Morgan Stanley’s board decided to exit the development market in Mexico, Ramiro worked on commercial and residential projects in Florida, mainland Mexico and Los Cabos. In 2011, he started to bring investors into the market. In 2012, he founded Baja Spirit to provide an integrated solution for companies and individuals interested in development in Los Cabos. Bringing a Panamanian Group, with which he had worked in the past to Los Cabos, he brokered the purchase of the now Decameron Hotel in San Jose del Cabo and managed a complete renovation of the property. Reopening in 2014, this property, like others, was badly damaged by Hurricane Odile. With his experience, they once again completely renovated the resort and reopened within two months, while many other hotels were closed for a year or more.
Seeing the need for improvements in the overall Real Estate industry in Los Cabos, Ramiro was the President of the Los Cabos Chapter of AMPI (the Mexican Union of Agents and Real Estate Administrators), which led the way to the certification of real estate agents.
As more of his clients started to ask him if he would sell their houses, he opened 2 Seas Real Estate in 2016. 2 Seas focuses on the luxury real estate market in Los Cabos. And, while real estate sales and now rental of high end properties on the corridor is the focus of the agency, Ramiro continues to be active in the commercial real estate and development markets. His relationships with architects and sub-trades and his extensive experience in project management translates into the ability to provide some of his clients with positive and cost effective experiences in building their dream property.
