Ted Mitchell is the owner and Brewmaster of Todos Santos Brewing. On May 5th at their Cinco de Mayo Hoedown event, and the celebration of Liz’s birthday and their anniversary, Liz convinced Ted to be the opening act of the evening. Ted announced to the crowd that he would sing three songs and then expected them to call for an encore as he had prepared four songs for the evening. Given the theme of the evening, he performed a number of country songs as well as original tunes.
