Ernesto Coppel's Palmoral at Santa Terra

Ernesto Coppel Announces Palmoral at Santa Terra

John Anderson, Editor

Each time that we visit Santa Terra in Todos Santos we learn and see more. First, it was our dining experience at Oystera, then several dinners at Vino Park including an amazing pop-up restaurant experience, then the Gastrovino Baja event and now the introduction of Santa Terra Living’s first real estate project – Palmoral.

The vision of Ernesto Coppel for Santa Terra has always been that it will be a complete living experience that combines an incredible environment with excellent restaurants, musical events, cultural experiences, and a unique community. While Santa Terra currently has Oystera, The Garden Restaurant, Vino Park and its vineyard, a gathering area and dog park, the long-term plans include much much more. The first real estate project in Santa Terra will take advantage of all these amenities. Santa Terra even provides access to a beach for swimming and surfing in Cerritos at their current beach bar and restaurant – Cerritos Tropical, which will become the beach club.

On Saturday, February 17th real estate professionals and community leaders throughout Baja California Sur were inviting to a private unveiling of the project at Oystera in Santa Terra. Much more than a real estate presentation, it was a celebration of the future of Santa Terra with appetizers passed through the crowd, red and white wine, and special cocktails available to the guests. After Neto Coppel provided an overview of Palmoral at Santa Terra, there was a party in the Garden Restaurant with Spazmatics providing the entertainment.

I arrived early for the event to find two large screens set up on each side of the doors to the back patio and a podium where Abe Juarez, the CEO of Santa Terra would introduce Palmoral. As the crowd grew, drinks and food were served. When Oystera and the patio outside were packed, the session was called to order. I would estimate that over 500 people were present. Nick Fong had his media crew there videoing the proceedings and an interview with Neto Coppel is an upcoming podcast.

The vision of Santa Terra Living was introduced and Palmoral, a sixteen-unit exclusive luxury condominium project was revealed. With four buildings with four units per building, future residents can choose from large two- and three-bedroom models on each floor, ranging from 2,883 square feet to 5,096 square feet. The first-floor garden unit includes its own pool in the front as does the rooftop deck of the fourth-floor penthouse unit. The renderings of the interior of units depict very high-end finishes with extensive use of tiles, rich woods and modern lighting fixtures and appliances. The grounds are lush and include a large pool area, fire pit and areas to rest and relax.

But Santa Terra Living is much more than these beautiful condominiums as there are exclusive amenities for the owners. Ranging from discounts at the restaurants to a membership in the Vino Park Wine Club to a private concierge to make reservations at the current and future restaurants at Santa Terra. Residents will also have free VIP access to all the musical, food and cultural events held at Santa Terra. With private chef and butler service available, residents can plan and hold their own celebrations with a guarantee of the best quality and service. And, of course, residents and their guests can take advantage of the tour services and travel to and from the beach club on Cerritos beach to truly explore and enjoy Baja California Sur. The Wellness Center, Park Theater and Community Art Center planned will add even more to a well-deserved life at Palmoral in Santa Terra.
