The small food park beside Teo’s Bar and Grill on Blvd Antonio Mijares has been completely re-imagined. With a complete build out of the space, diners can now choose from the combined menu of four different restaurants and dine either inside (air-conditioned), outside, or on the roof top. This new version opened on June 28th, 2025. Choose pizza and salad from Pizzeria Vallino; empanadas, steak and ribs from Muu Steak House; appetizers, hamburgers, tacos and more from Charo Negro and; Mexican food including ceviche, aguachile, and tostadas from El Capitan. All four menus are combined into a single menu with lots of drinks and cocktails from the central bar in the outside area from which to choose.
Walking up to Los Mangos Food Park, you are greeted by a host with all four menus and display and a description of what is available both in terms of food and seating. We chose to sit inside in the large air-conditioned room that goes the length of the restaurant along the left side. Three big screen televisions on the wall were showing pictures different areas of Mexico. Our server, Jose introduced himself and his partner and asked us what we would like to drink. I asked for house water and a diet coke and Beth choose a limonadaminerale. The female member of our serving team brought over a tray and asked if we would like lemon, lime, or orange from our water, which was poured from a large pitcher.
After reviewing the menus, I decided to try the mixed ceviche – shrimp and fish – as an appetizer. Beth wanted the truffle French fries. The ceviche was served in a large Mexican bowl with avocado and crispy onions on top. The shrimp was mixed with diced mango, cucumber, and tomato. It was delicious and enough for two or three people easily. The truffle fries were large wedges with a crispy exterior. For our main course, Beth chose a Margherita pizza and I had a Classic Hamburger. The Hamburger was huge with two patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon. It was served with a basket of crispy French fries. The Margherita Pizza had a big crust and five large circles of cheese over the tomato sauce. It was served with three different sauces, if you wanted to add to the flavor. Both were excellent and we ended up with take home of ceviche, pizza and half my hamburger for another meal.
As the sun started to set, like many restaurants in Los Cabos, the lighting made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The seating and overall restaurant was very comfortable. The service excellent. The portions and large and reasonably priced. The back entrance to the restaurant lets you park in the lot of Blvd Antonio Mijares for easy access.
