Although most people who are staying in All-Inclusive Resorts will remain in their hotel for breakfast, there are lots of good places around town to have breakfast. Here are three more that we have recently visited (in alphabetical order).
Located beside Macca Pasta Bar adjacent to the Hyatt Ziva in the Hotel Zone is Grandma’s Cabo. This restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and then turns over its kitchen to Barrulo Destileria for the afternoon and evening diners. For breakfast Grandma’s Cabo offers healthy options such as fruit, and yoghurt and granola as well as waffles, breakfast sandwiches, all types of eggs, chilaquiles, omelets and eggs Benedict. There is also fresh squeezed orange, grapefruit, green and carrot juice. I ordered the eggs Benedict and Beth ordered an omelet with crispy bacon. We enjoyed our quiet breakfasts.

A long time favorite in the Art District in San Jose del Cabo is Jazmin’s Restaurant. While Jazmin’s has oatmeal, fresh fruit, pancakes and french toast, their menu has a wide range of egg options including omelets, Mexican favorites, eggs Benedict, chilaquiles and even steak and eggs. We both started with the fresh squeezed orange juice and Beth ordered the French Toast, which came with fresh fruit and crispy bacon. I ordered Eggs Benedict and they were accompanied by a salad. Jazmin’s often has live music during breakfast and they have a breakfast buffet on Sundays.

Located on Blvd Mijares just before the downtown plaza, Teo’s offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their breakfast menu also offers many options ranging from oatmeal and fruit plates to pancakes and French toast to omelets, chilaquiles, eggs and steak and eggs. Of course, they also have fresh squeezed orange juice. I decided to try something different here and have oatmeal. The oatmeal came with sliced bananas and brown sugar. Beth had her regular choice – an omelet. We both ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice.
