Located just behind the gas station on the main road into Todos Santos is a health food store and restaurant. The store was first opened in 2010. It’s vision was to offer a careful selection of responsibly sourced whole, organic, healthy and natural products. Pura Vida also supports local ecological choices, working alongside local farmers, producers and artisans who share regenerative, responsible and community-based values and practices. Entering the small store, there is a number of aisles with organic food products, coolers with local organic vegetables, eggs, cheese and more dairy products. There is also a back corner with jars of organic ingredients that can be used in your cooking process. A cooler at the check-out counter includes bliss balls for dessert, tofu, cheeses and jars of sauces. The healthy organic products on display also include health and beauty items.

A local designer has a special store space within Pura Vida, Ella Bella featuring clothes and accessories for women – handbags, hats and jewelry. Pura Vida has a Juice Bar and Smoothie station with the ability to add lots of healthy supplements.Standing at the juice bar, there is a rack of menus for the healthy foods offered for breakfast and lunch at Pura Vida. There are three levels of seating for people to enjoy their food in the restaurant part of the store.
